You can use them however you want as long as it doesn't infringe UTAU's rules. I would also prefer you not make jinriki voicebanks using my lists and distribute them (シ_ _)シ sorry!
Always remember to drink water and do some karaoke before you record, and don't strain your voice! If a reclist is too hard or long, you should feel free to take a break and pick it back up later.
